The restoration, conversion and sympathetic extension of the former Grade II* Listed Normansfield Hospital has been one of our most successful projects in creating new apartments, duplex, lodge houses and loft conversion in stunning historic surroundings.

The existing buildings dating back to mid 1800s, has been extensively refurbished in keeping with the original character, with painstaking attention to detail.

New detailing has been created to exactly match that of the past, magnificent original windows have been refurbished and exterior finishes restored to their  former glory.

We were proudly awarded by the TEDDINGTON SOCIETY for the outstanding quality of workmanship in restoring the former Normansfield Hospital building.

The historical Villa St. Valey,  built in 1800 by Sextus Dyball, Yellow stock brick with red brick and some stone dressings. Steeply pitched tiled roofs with cresting to ridges and finials at apices.

After decades of decay, the Villa was returned to its original splendour. We proudly managed all the restaration phases.


Particular attentions was paid to the 5° floor in tall tower-like wing in which today is an apartment with a stunning 360° view of London.

Double fronted Victorian Villa was divided into a single fronted house and refurbished.


Extended to the side to create a new four bedroom end of terrace house.


 

Special attention was afforded to all mouldings that were created to match existing villas.

In the architectural features we have added a more contemporary geometric shape, to give a modern touch to the traditional Victorian style.

This oasis hidden behind Wandsworth High Street was a mixed-use development project that involved many elements including timber-frame 'town houses' on top of occupied High Street premises and behind the original facade.

 

With the adjoining seven-floor reinforced concrete construction, we delivered twenty eight luxury apartments including five penthouses and four commercial premises.
